How to enroll?
Joining a Creatmix course is simple and fast! Choose your course, fill out the registration form, and complete your payment securely through Razorpay. Once enrolled, you’ll receive your login details and course access via email. Our team will guide you through every step — from orientation to certification.
Rules & Regulations for Online Classes
To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment for all our students, we request you to follow the rules and guidelines below while attending online classes conducted by Creatmix.
1. Enrollment & Access

Course access will be provided only after full payment confirmation through Razorpay or approved payment methods.

Each enrollment is non-transferable and meant solely for the registered student.

Course materials, recordings, and resources are for personal learning use only and must not be shared or resold.
2. Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to join classes on time and attend all scheduled sessions.

Missing multiple live sessions without notice may lead to restricted access to group discussions or mentorship.

Recorded sessions (if available) are provided only for enrolled students to catch up on missed content.
3. Class Conduct

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude during live sessions, discussions, or chat interactions.

Use of abusive, offensive, or disrespectful language towards instructors or fellow learners will result in disciplinary action or removal from the course.

Participation is encouraged — feel free to ask questions and engage actively.
4. Use of Materials

All course content — videos, slides, templates, and assignments — is owned by Creatmix.

Students are not permitted to record, distribute, or publish any part of the course without written permission.

Copying or reusing course material for commercial purposes or training others is strictly prohibited.
5. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure a stable internet connection, a working laptop or PC, and basic software needed for the course (like Canva, Premiere Pro, etc., depending on the module).

Creatmix is not responsible for technical disruptions on the student’s device or internet connection.
6. Communication

All official communication will be through support@creatmix.in or the assigned course coordinator’s email.

Students should check their registered email regularly for class links, updates, or announcements.
7. Certification

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of all modules, assignments, and quizzes (if applicable).

The name on the certificate will be the same as the name used during registration.
8. Refund & Cancellation

As mentioned in our Refund Policy, once course access is granted, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case of duplicate payments or transaction issues, please reach out to support@creatmix.in within 7 working days for resolution.
9. Disciplinary Action

Violation of any rule, misuse of course content, or unethical behavior may lead to immediate termination of access without refund.

Creatmix reserves the right to suspend or remove participants who disrupt the learning environment.
10. General Terms

Creatmix reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
